So many children have sent her messages, asking her to visit them on their birthdays, in hospitals and nurseries. She heard their requests and has decided to act by giving hope, courage and strength to the little ones who seek it the most.
This African Princess is ready to make dreams come true with her treasure box full of African tales, songs, history, and special gifts.

Hello Royal Friends!
We would love to introduce you to the amazing young woman behind the vision of this African enchanted Kingdom!
Pembe Kumbi is the founder and Creative Director of PTAP (Pembe the African Princess).
She has always loved the concept of fairy tales, princesses & princes, dreamy castles and powerful kingdoms, and most important of all, making people smile!
As a little girl she always dreamed of being a princess but unfortunately never saw a princess that looked like her. So as much as she was fascinated by the ones she saw, she never truly got to experience her own.
But thanks to her creative nature and the love of performing, she decided to start her own Kingdom! In 2021 Pembe made her long lasting dream come true and Pembe The African Princess was born.

For her, attending a child’s birthday party means more than just wearing a lovely dress, it’s creating unforgettable memories, experiencing magical moments and sharing joys and laughter with that child. Knowing that they will never forget this very moment.
Her drive and her creativity are the strengths of her personality, which she has always been able to put to the benefit of others. Today, after many years of just dreaming about this African Princess, she has decided to put her qualities and skills in use, creating her own princess and cater to all the children who’s dreams she can now make come true!

Pembe The African Princess brought so much joy to our children. They absolutely loved her. She sang and told the most beautiful african stories and the children were delighted to receive her special gifts. We have now booked her for every year group.

I booked the African princess for my daughter's 7th birthday party. The children really enjoyed it. I was very suprised how much the children learnt about the culture and had a lot of fun too. She took the time to take pictures with every child that attended, which made it even more special for them. I would definitely recommend.
